The website integration service is offered for free. The attachment allows the setup of a ‘Careers’ Section on your website. Question: 4
Would I be able to input Candidate and CVs that I’ll receive through the post and email?

Yes. You can input any candidate details and documents you want from your backend. You can also choose whether to give ownership of the profile to the candidate or to maintain full control of the newly created private profile. In other words, if you keep the profile private the candidate will not be notified of any changes on his profile, however, if you give ownership to the respective candidate, the candidate will receive an email notifying him that you created a profile for him, welcoming him as a new profile holder and giving instructions as to create a password and take ownership. From this point onwards, the candidate will be able to use the careerpassport profile, update it accordingly and receive notifications/emails when you choose to send him an email notification.

The data entered is stored on our protected servers, and you as a user have access to it. When required we can download your data and provide you with a copy. You can also instruct careerpassport administrators to delete any of your data from the servers when you deem required or when you want to stop the service. You have the option to include one or more users (at a fee) and administer rights to these users to access all or any specific data.

    Question: 8
As an Agency, can I pass on the service to my Clients?

Add the name of the client on the respective contact and set a password for their use. Your clients will become additional users and in this way you have the facility to pass on the applications and give them limited access to share profiles, records, notes and interview reports relevant to the clients’ vacancies for the final selection process.

    Question: 9
How can I use the same service with my subsidiary company?

Parent Companies can give access to their subsidiary companies by adding them as additional users and setting them a password. You can choose the limits of data accessibility. This structure will enable them to share profiles, records, interview reports and notes accordingly, thus keeping all data and related correspondence on a central platform.
