    Portman International

    For a quarter of a century the Portman International Group has been steadily building a diverse client base that stretches across the continents.

The administrative hub, located in Malta, employs a team of over 50 professionals and support staff specialising in corporate, accounting, tax, audit, compliance and regulatory affairs, as well as offering trading and advisory support.

    Regulatory & Compliance

    The first point of contact for our clients is the Regulatory & Compliance department. Our legal professionals offer guidance through our client acceptance procedures, whatever the jurisdiction business affairs to be domiciled in.
     
    Portman International is registered as a corporate services provider, nominee and trustee.
     
    Corporate and Advisory
    Portman International’s team of corporate lawyers and specialised legal staff handle all company formation, the drawing up of contracts and compliance with corporate statutory requirements. 
     
    Our team of lawyers is also highly competent in setting up and administration of trusts.
     
    Trading Operations
    Our trading operations team provides banking support as well as support with trading activity in the UK, Ireland, Malta and other jurisdictions.  
     
    Client Accounting
    Portman International’s team of professional accountants and auditors are trained to practice in Malta, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
     
    Fully computerised accounting systems enable the provision of professional book-keeping services, the preparation of monthly management accounts and end-of-year statutory financial statements.
